Yes! After booking at Bella Vita Ranch for your wedding or event, you will receive an exclusive 'Approved Vendor' list from all of our favorite vendors who we love to work with. You do not have to choose those vendors, but you do have to get your vendors approved by BVR before you book them!
Effective starting January 1, 2025- ONLY photographers from Bella Vita Ranch Approved Vendor list will be allowed. No exceptions.
For sure! We love kids! However, Bella Vita Ranch is not a playground for children. If you or your guest brings children, they must stay with their parents at all times, otherwise, they may be asked to leave...

No, sorry. But we have an awesome Approved Vendor list of fabulous caterers to choose from and we can guarantee you will not be disappointed!

For sure! What a new, modern way to spice up your event! However, you may not DIY your balloon garland. No exceptions. BUT we have amazing balloon garland specialist on our Approved Vendor list to choose from!
Whatever you want! However, you must have 2 TABC certified bartenders that carry insurance who serve the alcohol for your guest... it's kind of the law 😁
You may not have kegs or glass bottles at the venue either. No exceptions.
